Production and delivery of 2 identical electric motors with a total weight of 64 tons

STARK supplied 2 identical electric motors to a thermal power plant in Türkiye. Each 8-pole three-phase squirrel cage motor with an output power of 6450kW and 10000V weighs 32 tons. Taking into consideration that the customer insisted on every single detail being identical, STARK submitted the requested documentation and as the only qualified supplier gained the customer’s trust and started the project implementation.

The entire manufacturing process lasted 7 months and both motors met all the criteria and successfully passed the tests. The motor application is for large industrial fans.

For transport needs, special packaging as well as sea transport are organized, considering that motors and their coolers do not fit in standard containers.
